While we welcome you to stop by the shop at any time to visit and shop our showroom, we recommend making an appointment by phone or email to insure a representative can immediately assist you with your order when you arrive.
We require a 50% deposit on all orders with the balance due at pick up. We gladly accept municipal and state purchase orders as well as school purchase orders, and most federal purchase orders. Purchase order numbers are required prior to processing your order.

YES! We have general catalogs for broad garment needs and specialized catalogs for more specific needs including athletic catalogs, bag catalogs, promotional product catalogs among many others. We would be happy to mail them out, drop them off or come by our shop and pick them up. We can also email you the online catalog links or spec sheets to make it easy. You can view several options of catalogs under the Products link.
No. We use the information provided for your order only. We do not share the information with any other companies or websites. From time to time we may email you information about our services or specials which you can opt out of at any time.
It’s our goal and commitment to provide the best quality custom screen printed and embroidered products available and we stand behind our work. We will be happy to fix any mistake made by Lucky Dog Custom Apparel; all we ask is that you report the mistake to us within 72 hours after you receive your order. If Lucky Dog is responsible for any errors in your order, we will gladly accept responsibility for the issues and will reprint the shirts printed in error. We do not offer refunds, but will gladly reprint any production errors. If the error was made by the customer, a wrong phone number was provided for example, and the artwork was approved, the cost of reprinting the job is the responsibility of the customer.
Due to the custom nature of your order, Lucky Dog Custom Apparel accepts NO RETURNS unless we are at fault for the mistake. We will then replace the order or credit your invoice.
We give you a 24 hour grace period to cancel your order. Cancelled orders are subject to a cancellation fee of $50.00 in addition to any other incurred costs that may have been associated with your order (for example art charges).
Any change made to your order that is not due to a stock issue will be subject to a change fee of $50.00 in addition to any additional costs associated with the changes. This fee covers restocking and shipping charges back to our supplier’s warehouse. Any changes to your order after it has been placed will delay your order, including rush orders. Please be certain of your quantities, styles and garment colors prior to placing your order. Once the process begins, everyone in our shop starts to work on different aspects of the job, and changes become costly and time-consuming
Lucky Dog Custom Apparel always offers quantity discounts, meaning the more you order at one time, the more discount you will receive. If you’re ordering the same design, but want to mix and match different colors or styles, call us at 877-785-5801 and we will make sure you get the best price.
Our standard turnaround time is 7-10 business days. We can work with your in-hands date and never miss your drop-dead date. Additional charges may apply to rush orders.
Unfortunately, we do not print on clothing or other items supplied by customers. We print on and embroider only on the items we sell from our catalogs.
Absolutely! We have hundreds of samples in our showroom conveniently located just off Route 322/40 (Black Horse Pike) and Route 9 in Pleasantville, NJ. While we keep our showroom stocked with a large variety of items we realize we don’t have room for everything. Lucky Dog Custom Apparel will gladly provide samples at the blank cost of the item. In some cases, shipping charges may also be applicable. Payment for the samples is required prior to ordering. Samples can later be added in to your order. The cost for unused samples will not be refunded.
Lucky Dog Custom Apparel provides an electronic proof with every order via email. We strive to fulfill your expectations and will make changes until you are satisfied. If you prefer to have a printed sample in hand, you may place a minimum order of just 24 shirts.
The ink we utilize for screen printing is very durable and will hold up for years. We recommend machine-washing your screen printed t-shirts inside out in cold water and tumble drying on low (unless the garment tag calls for a different drying procedure). We do not recommend dry cleaning any screen printed garments or ironing over ink. Uniforms and numbers garments should be washed inside out in cold water and hung to dry. Washing Instructions
